We are proud to hear Katherine’s testimony on how the deplorable conditions in immigration detention impact real people’s lives. Katherine is speaking before other panel speakers from Human Rights Watch, University of Washington, Detention Watch Network, National Immigration Justice Center and the American Civil Liberties Union.
