NYLPI Testifies On Single Payer Health Plan in NY

Yleana Roman, Health Justice and Immigration Staff Attorney with NYLPI, is testifying this afternoon at a New York City Council Oversight Hearing, to urge the State Legislature and the Governor to pass and sign the New York State Health Act. The act creates legislation that would establish a universal single payer health plan.
