Senior Staff Attorney Christopher Schuyler contributed to a recent article published by The Counter about the potential accessibility issues for people with disabilities presented by the city’s shift to permanent outdoor dining. Mr. Schuyler stated that while “everyone is making a sacrifice—motorists, pedestrians and diners, the more restaurants have outdoor dining, the greater the chances are of creating accessibility issues for people with disabilities.”
